Shipping and Return Policy

Q: Do you accept refunds/exchanges ?

A: We do not accept refunds / 7 day exchange only. We will accept a one-time exchange within 7 days of delivery date. Please be advised you are responsible for both shipping costs. Compare your waist measurements accurately to the product size charts. In addition, we've included a tutorial video on "how to measure your waist". 

Visit "Exchange form" under "help" on our "homepage" for more information. Please, measure your waist to ensure accuracy.

Q: What if the product size I requested for exchange is sold out?

A: Store credit will be issued and you'll be notified immediately upon restock. Unfortunately, shipping charges are non-refundable.

Q: What if I forgot my apartment # or entered the wrong shipping address ?

A: Your package will be returned to sender if you missed your apartment number. Order will be subjected to a re-shipping fees then, re-shipped. 

Q: What if the order wasn't shipped out yet? 

Immediately email info@snatchedsnatchers or direct message @snatchedsnatchers on instagram (quicker response). We will do our best to properly accommodate you. However, we are not responsible for incorrect home addresses. Please take your time, entering shipping information to avoid errors.

Q: I forgot to enter my coupon code at checkout. Can I still get a discount ?

 A: Unfortunately, we cannot alter confirmed orders. Please verify your order before checking out.

Q: My shipment says delivered, but I did not receive my package. Can I have a refund?

A. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost/stolen packages. Please contact USPS to inquire about your package. If necessary, you may file a claim with them as all packages are insured. Please track movement of package with provided shipping information.

Q: Do international customer, have to pay custom fees and/or taxes?

A: Items shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges which are not included in the total cost of your order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed by Snatched Snatchers.
 

A: In addition, once the package has exited the United States, we are not responsible for any conflicts such as: customs fees, natural occurrences, or transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country. *Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order.
