Shipping and Return Policy
Q: Do you accept exchanges/returns ?
A: We do not accept refunds / 7 day exchange only. We will accept a one-time exchange within 7 days of delivery date. Visit "Exchange form" under "help" on our "homepage" for more information. Please, measure your waist to ensure accuracy.
Q: What if the product size I requested for exchange is sold out?
A: Store credit will be issued and you'll be notified immediately upon restock. Unfortunately, shipping charges are non-refundable.
Q: I forgot to enter my coupon code at checkout. Can I still get a discount ?
A: Unfortunately, we cannot alter confirmed orders. Please verify your order before checking out.
Q: What if I forgot my apartment # or entered the wrong shipping address ?
A: Your package will be returned to sender if you missed your apartment number. Immediately, fill out contact form with order#. Order will be subjected to a reshipping fee then, re-shipped. Note, we are not responsible for incorrect home addresses. Please take your time, entering shipping information to avoid errors.
Q: My shipment says delivered, but I did not receive my package. Can I have a refund?
A. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost/stolen packages. Please contact USPS to inquire about your package. If necessary, you may file a claim with them as all packages are insured. Please track movement of package with provided shipping information.
Q: Do international customer, have to pay custom fees and/or taxes?
A: Items shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges which are not included in the total cost of your order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed by Snatched Snatchers.
A: In addition, once the package has exited the United States, we are not responsible for any conflicts such as: customs fees, natural occurrences, or transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country. *Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order.
